We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Front Desk Receptionist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a fast-paced medical environment to join our dynamic team at our Urgent Care facility. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring they receive top-notch service in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner. We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Patient Registration: Greet patients as they arrive, register them in our system, and gather necessary personal and insurance information.

Assist with Online Registration: Help patients complete online forms and registration processes.

Answer Patient Inquiries: Provide clear, accurate, and friendly responses to patient questions about procedures, wait times, and facility services.

Scheduling Appointments: Assist with scheduling patient appointments and follow-up appointments.

Handling Medical Records: Process patient charts, medical records, and update them as needed in the system.

Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and ensure accuracy in records.

Billing and Payments: Process co-pays, assist with billing inquiries, and ensure proper collection of payments.

Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Patient Communication: Relay messages, confirm appointments, and notify patients of their appointment status.

Collaborate with Medical Team: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Multi-tasking: Answer phones, assist in the waiting room, and manage administrative duties simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.

Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends.

Strong Communication Skills: Friendly and professional phone etiquette, as well as in-person communication.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a busy environment.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with medical software, online patient registration systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Customer Service Focused: Passion for delivering excellent patient service with a positive attitude.
