Clinical Duties — Room patients, take vitals, perform point‑of‑care testing, assist providers, prepare exam rooms, maintain cleanliness and readiness, document accurately in EMR

Front Desk Duties — Check‑in/out, verify insurance, collect copays, answer phones, schedule visits, provide clear and friendly communication

Cross‑Training — Rotate between front and back office; support the opposite area when patient volume or staffing requires

Patient Experience — Deliver warm, efficient service to every patient; bilingual Spanish preferred to support our community

Team Support — Work collaboratively with providers, MAs, and administrative staff to maintain AFC standards and clinic flow

Certified Medical Assistant with active certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, urgent care, or similar setting

Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- Supportive, team‑oriented environment
- Meaningful patient interaction in both clinical and administrative roles
- Consistent part‑time schedule with weekend availability
