- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
- Analyze clinic performance metrics (e.g., patient volume, revenue, throughput, staffing efficiency)
- Provide tailored and actionable insights to improve operational performance across franchised and corporate clinics
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Act as a communication bridge between clinical field operators and technical analytics teams
- Gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into clear technical specifications for BI developers/data engineers
- Present findings and insights in a clear and easy-to-follow data and impact “story”
- Manage multiple BI-related projects simultaneously, from intake through delivery
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track progress and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Identify risks and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor and triage incoming analytics requests via ticketing systems
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation and status updates for all active requests
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Stakeholder management, executive presence, clear & confident communication
- Ability to effectively establish trust with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail and data accuracy for high-value reporting and analyses
- Organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
- Effective prioritization and resolution of incoming tickets
- Contribution to operational improvements across clinic network
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong SQL skills against a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience working with ticketing systems, Monday.com and Azure DevOps
