- Serve as the primary point of contact between franchise clinics and leadership, and AFC Corporate RCM Operations
- Partner with franchise owners and clinic leadership to identify, analyze, and resolve RCM‑related issues
- Share and review monthly RCM performance metrics with franchise clinic owners, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the transition and implementation of franchise clinics onto AFC’s corporate RCM platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding and adoption process
- Collaborate with corporate RCM operations leaders to develop solutions, improve workflows, and drive performance improvements
- Provide guidance, best practices, and education to franchise clinics related to revenue cycle processes and performance
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or similar) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in revenue cycle management environments
- Demonstrated experience working with multi‑site healthcare operations, franchises, or physician practice management organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, payer relations, and denial management
- Proven ability to analyze RCM performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with franchise owners and senior leaders
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with RCM systems, practice management platforms, and reporting tools
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
