- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic clinical tasks including taking vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly stocked and clean.
- Assist in laboratory tests and specimen collection.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.
