- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs checks and document patient information accurately
- Manage patient flow and ensure a positive patient experience
- Administer medications and injections as directed by providers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office
- Handle front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care
- Current CPR certification is a plus
