- Process and pay vendor invoices for multiple urgent care clinics
- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online accounts across all clinic locations
- Accurately categorize and record all financial transactions
- Generate and review monthly General Ledger and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for audits and reporting
- Coordinate with clinic leadership and external accountants as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-related financial protocols and vendor agreements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounting professional, preferably in a healthcare or multi-location business setting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, with experience managing accounts for multiple business units or locations
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with urgent care or healthcare operations is a plus
