Responsible for managing workers' compensation claims, coordinating referrals to appropriate medical providers and facilities, invoicing occupational med services, and ensuring proper documentation and communication throughout the claims process, while adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.

- Reviewing claims, gathering necessary details and information, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Initiating referrals to appropriate medical providers, imaging centers, specialists, and physical therapists.
- Regularly tracking and monitoring the progress of claims and communicating with employers and insurance companies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, insurance policies, and injury types related to work-related injuries.
- Insurance knowledge.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify potential issues, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
