What does AFC Urgent Care have to offer?
- Stable and well supported practice
- Environment conducive to increase your scope of practice
- Competitive Pay: $67 to $73 an hour (DOE)
- Incentivized with approved overtime (up to a 16% increase in gross pay).
- Bonus Program affords an additional 2.5% to 5% increase in gross pay when volume thresholds are met.
- Highly desirable predictable scheduling:
- Provider Scheduling Model: 1 day on, 2 days off.
- Weekly schedule ranges from 22 to 34 hours (2 to 3 days) per week averaging 10-12 shifts a month.
- Minimal weekend coverage requirements (will always have a Friday/Saturday, Sunday/Monday or Saturday/Sunday off).
- An unrestricted medical license in California
- DEA Certificate
- NCCPA Board Certified
- Minimal one year experience in ER, Urgent Care or Walk in Care
- Able to treat patients of all ages
- Competent performing minor procedures (laceration repairs, incision & draining, etc.)
- Available to fulfill the set work schedule.
