- Assists in the training and development of Front Office Staff.
- Assist in managing the schedule to ensure coverage.
- Oversees registration, insurance verification and checkout process.
- Performs weekly packaging of day sheet records to help reconcile receipts.
- Ensure compliance of daily task logs and patient disposition logs.
- Helps to maintain inventory to support day-to-day front office operations.
- Ensure EOBs, insurance payments are scanned, and invoices sent in a timely manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and decorum of all spaces within the facility while ensuring rooms are prepped and cleaned after each patient encounter.
- Maintain Worker’s Comp files and records.
- Oversees State DOT Physicals program.
- Handles patient complaints while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Medical Assistant Certificate
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Must be willing to work weekends and some afternoon (2-8pm) shifts. We are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
Possess exceptional customer service skills
